Sedika Weingärtner, a mother of four and former executive at Global Blue Chip company SIEMENS, is a German citizen of Afghan descent. She has been suffering harassment and humiliation on the grounds of her ethnic origin and gender at the hands of her employers. Presently Labor and Human Rights litigation cases are both under way and in preparation in Germany and in the United States respectively, the latter since SIEMENS is listed on the NYSE.
